Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the end-to-end
implementation of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules. This role requires deep functional
expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with HR and IT stakeholders
to deliver a scalable and compliant talent acquisition solution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical
specifications.
• Conduct workshops and working sessions with HR stakeholders to define and refine
recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Configure Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including (but not limited to):
o Requisition templates
o Offer letters
o Candidate workflows
o Onboarding steps
o Notifications and compliance forms
• Integrate SuccessFactors with other SAP and third-party systems (e.g., S/4HANA,
background check providers, ATS).
• Develop and execute test plans, manageUAT, and define deployment strategies.
• Train HR users, hiring managers, and recruiters on system usage and best practices.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and manage system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of
Recruiting and Onboarding.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting and Onboarding is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding best practices.
• Experience with SAP integrations both within SAP ecosystem – SuccessFactors modules, S4
HANA and third-party HR tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Required Qualifications:
