Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client’s team in Toronto. This individual will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience working with large data sets.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
Ability to analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages
Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes
