Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of building intelligent, conversational systems that enhance client experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your day will involve designing and developing chatbot solutions from scratch using modern frameworks and languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect intuitive virtual assistant flows, integrate bots with various channels, and ensure seamless deployment through CI/CD pipelines. You’ll also contribute to backend services, manage cloud infrastructure, and monitor system performance to maintain scalability and reliability. A strong emphasis is placed on clean, secure, and well-tested code, along with a proactive mindset toward innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
Experience building chatbots from the ground up
Solid Python development skills
Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and CI/CD deployment
Ability to manage and maintain production-grade systems with high reliability
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to Conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, LivePerson)
Experience with LivePerson in banking or customer service contexts
Understanding of NLP pipelines and virtual assistant analytics
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Passion for building scalable, secure, and user-friendly conversational interfaces
