Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Flutter Developer to join the team at one of our largest banking clients on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Develop new features and maintain existing features in our Flutter-based codebase.
- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features efficiently.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Diagnose and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Flutter SDK updates, libraries, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience developing mobile applications with Flutter (Dart).
- Experience integrating with APIs and handling asynchronous data.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, MVVM, etc.).
- Proficient at debugging, optimizing, and refactoring code.
- Experience deploying apps to App Store and Google Play.
- Source code version control (GitHub).
- Commitment to writing tested, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Plugin development for iOS and Android apps
- Experience working with loyalty/rewards, e-commerce
- Familiarity with native Android/iOS development.
- Experience working with CI/CD workflows (Bitrise, Github Actions, git status checks).
