Services Consultant - INTL Mexico

Insight Global is looking a Services Consultant to join a large HCM client in Mexico working full remote on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will join the consulting team and be responsible for scoping, documenting, developing, testing, and delivering billable projects. The Services Consultant must ensure the timely completion of complex and multifaceted projects by collecting customer requirements and designing, configuring and testing custom SAS programs to meet the clients’ needs. Previous experience with SAS coding, time management skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish is essential to succeed in this role.

- 2-5 years' experience as a business systems analyst or developer in large enterprise environments
- 2+ years' experience with SAS programming
- Experience working with external customers/clients
- Bilingual communication with English and Spanish
- Strong time management skills, organization skills, and ability to work self-sufficiently

- Background in SQL, XML, and XSLT
- Experience working on several projects at once
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business
- Technical knowledge/experience with HCM products (Workday, Dayforce, etc.)
