Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Workday Product Lead to support the digital experience team at a leading global consumer healthcare client. As a Digital Experience Product Lead, you’ll be responsible for enhancing and managing digital products—primarily Workday and other Total Rewards applications—by collaborating with internal business partners, IT, operations, and cross-functional teams. Your daily tasks will include designing and executing digital experience strategies, driving business requirements for technology solutions that improve employee experience, and supporting continuous improvement through research and data analysis. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives, monitor performance using data-driven insights, and stay current with industry trends. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards, and communicating changes and feature releases to the wider organization. Ultimately, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, helping to deliver innovative solutions that make HR processes more efficient and employee-centric. This is a hybrid role with onsite presence in Marham, Ontario, Canada.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with Workday design and/or configuration.
Experience with Workday HCM, Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation.
Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional HR programs with global reach.
Experience managing stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
Strong data analytics and project management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Workday Talent and/or Recruit.
Experience creating strategy and influencing decisions.
