Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Top Secret Airborne Communications Project Specialist in support of one of are large federal clients in Tinker AFB. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:

• Provide training support for E-6B aircrew personnel, including identifying training requirements and assisting in syllabus development.
• Analyze and evaluate training plans; assist in obtaining or developing training programs related to E-6B trainers.
• Develop and conduct Communications Quarterly Training sessions.
• Support the ACTC Officer and Program Manager in developing and reviewing ACTC courseware.
• Review E-6B-specific documentation for accuracy and relevance.
• Assist in the development, revision, and maintenance of publications such as Communications Operations Guides, Network Operators Guides, and positional syllabi.
• Serve as an exercise observer aboard the E-6B aircraft when required.
• Conduct NC3 certifications for all six Aircrew Communications positions in accordance with governing instructions.
• Attend and document meetings, maintain records, and assist in the preparation of plans and procedural recommendations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hardware/software upgrades of command computer equipment and SIPR system access for student aircrew and aviators.
• Perform periodic system diagnostics and support network upgrades or tech refreshes.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to coordinate tasks and achieve objectives.


Compensation: $48.32/hr. to $50.48/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in U.S. Navy E-6B airborne communications systems, including certification in at least two communications positions.
• Experience with USSTRATCOM strategic connectivity procedures related to TACAMO and airborne command post missions.
• Prior qualification as a CMS (EKMS) User.
• Strong knowledge of Navy communications protocols (JANAP, ACP), fleet broadcast procedures, and NC3 architecture.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance
• Associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience with at least 10 years in a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
