Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a CIAM Analyst to support the strategic implementation and ongoing optimization of the Strivacity CIAM platform. This role emphasizes analysis, coordination, and governance rather than coding, ensuring seamless onboarding and secure identity experiences across digital channels.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into CIAM configuration and integration specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between security, application, and business teams, ensuring alignment on identity strategy and compliance.
• Monitor and report on identity workflows, authentication performance, and customer onboarding metrics.
• Validate application onboarding requests, review configurations, and enforce security controls.
• Assist in risk assessments, compliance checks, and documentation of identity processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, recommending automation opportunities, and optimizing customer identity journeys.
• Participate in vendor coordination, platform updates, and testing cycles.
• Maintain reference documentation, process diagrams, and dashboards for identity governance.
• Actively contribute to incident analysis and remediation planning for identity-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and supporting CIAM platforms (Strivacity, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity – Strivacity preferred), with a strong focus on customer identity (not workforce identity).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integrations and how they enable identity workflows.
• Familiarity with Java-based back-end systems to interpret integration requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Direct experience with Strivacity platform.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and identity governance.
