Talent Acquisition Consultant

An employer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a long-term opportunity in the Cincinnati, OH area. This consultant will be joining an industry leader in construction design. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include building relationships with the Executive Board to understand their staffing needs and to identify talent to bring to the company. Roles that this TA consultant will be recruiting on include and are not limited to Civil Engineers, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Plumbing Designers, Project Manager – Civic & Public Safety, Project Managers, Senior Architects, Landscape Designers and general Architects. This job will include monthly targets for candidates reached out to, interviews setup and offers made to prospective resources. The TA consultant will also be responsible for the full lifecycle of onboarding and orientations alongside of the HR department. The client is comfortable with a hybrid work model, so on site 2-4 days a week is realistic based on recruiting lifecycle expectations. The office is located downtown Cincinnati and is located in a custom designed office where the rest of the team is on site daily.

3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Background in Civil, Civic or Design industry recruiting
Comfortable working with C-Suite decision makers daily
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on site downtown Cincinnati
