Insight Global is seeking an IT Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Cincinnati area. This position will be supporting higher education and students and will require someone to have empathy and patience to support students! Evaluate the adequacy of current IT systems, services, and staffing with respect to the teaching, research, and public engagement missions of the College.
Work closely with AAC Marketing and Admissions staff to ensure that College web-based services are adequately supported and maintained.
Lead IT Services, including setting expectations for departmental and individual goals.
Direct complex projects related to new information technology applications and services.
Manage the training, professional development, and management of work assigned to professional and technical support staff.
Determine IT Section funding needs, determine appropriate expenditures and provide reports for administrative review.
STRATEGIC PLANNING:
Provide leadership in designing and implementing an overall IT services strategy for the College. Consider outsourcing and campus shared service options when developing the College IT services strategy.
Develop and implement strategic plans for information technology applications and services for the unit.
Develop and implement administrative and operational policies and procedures.
