Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Data & AI Literacy Coordinator/Instructor. This role blends instructional design expertise with a strong foundation in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in business intelligence tools, and eager to drive data and AI literacy across a diverse organization.
This is a highly collaborative yet independent role that supports a wide range of initiatives, from designing technical training to creating engaging newsletters and digital content.

• Design and deliver engaging training programs on data literacy, AI literacy, and technical tools for audiences with varying levels of experience.
• Develop online learning modules using platforms like Vyond and LMS tools.
• Create monthly newsletters and communications that promote data and AI literacy across the organization.
• Support the rollout and adoption of Copilot and other AI tools through training, documentation, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with business units to understand learning needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Assist in building and scaling an AI Champion program and other literacy initiatives.
• Translate complex data and AI concepts into digestible formats for non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of toolkits, job aids, and change management materials.
• Work independently and cross-functionally with teams including analytics, data science, actuarial, and product management.
• Stay current on trends in instructional design, data education, and AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education & Instructional Design Background: Formal training or experience in instructional design, adult learning, or education.
• Data & Math-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data concepts and quantitative reasoning.
• BI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
• AI Familiarity: Understanding of generative AI tools like Copilot and their applications in business settings.
• Creative Communicator: Able to craft engaging content and come up with innovative ways to reach learners.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Follows instructions carefully and manages multiple projects with precision.
• Collaborative & Independent: Thrives in both team settings and self-directed work.
• Platform Experience: Comfortable working in Vyond or similar platforms to build digital learning experiences.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Insurance Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with commercial insurance or claims, underwriting processes is a plus.
