Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to take over a full pediatric caseload as our CEO relocates to Texas. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established practice with a steady stream of clients and a supportive team environment.
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and session notes
Patient Population:
- Ages: 18 months to 18 years
- Diagnoses: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), late talkers, and other speech/language delays
- Caseload: 35+ sessions per week (4 days a week, Fridays off)

Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active North Dakota license or willingness to obtain (we’ll cover the cost)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident in skills to work independently
