Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Leasing Consultant at one of their residential communities in Raleigh, NC. This will be a fully onsite job, 9AM - 6PM Monday-Friday with weekend availability required. This individual will be responsible for all leasing related activities including outbound marketing, greeting and following up with prospects, touring apartments, submitting and processing applications, running credit checks/rental history checks, monitoring renewals, and assist with move-ins.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 years apartment leasing experience with above average closing ratio.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess strong attention to detail and sales ability.
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations, willingness to obtain within six months.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Yardi, etc)
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Some college
- Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) certificate
- Fair Housing Certification or ability to obtain prior to interacting with prospective candidates
