Job Description

Ralph Lauren Distribution Center is looking for an IT Warehouse Technician as the holiday season quickly approaches. This North Carolina location is Ralph Lauren's largest hub in North America for ecommerce and Ralph Lauren is in need for more onsite presence for peak season. In a matter of days shipping orders can track from 30,000 upwards to 300,000. The IT Warehouse Technician is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring seamless integration between warehouse hardware and enterprise software systems. This role involves troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting both physical hardware and software applications critical to warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Provide helpdesk support for technical issues and monitor system performance.
• Assist with onsite resources, including hardware setup, maintenance, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
○ Manhattan WMI (PKMS) enterprise application.
○ IBMi – 400 platform and I-Series platforms.
○ Windows-based applications used in warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper software-hardware interconnection for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse and IT teams to maintain system uptime and performance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Red Hat Linux
• Windows Server (including MHE – Material Handling Equipment systems)
