Job Description
The Outreach Coordinator responsibilities include promoting the energy efficiency program through various outreach activities such as customer support, trade shows, and webinars. The role involves developing outreach plans with the program management team to target key market segments, tracking and reporting outreach KPIs, and providing guidance on energy efficiency measures to building owners. Additionally, it includes assisting with customer segmentation and communication efforts, preparing ad-hoc reports to track progress, and engaging in activities critical to meeting program objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, marketing, or business.
1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in energy efficiency.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Strong communication abilities.
Collaborative team player with clients and internal staff.
Effective communication with clients, engineering staff, program managers, and sales team.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CRM experience preferred.
