Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an R&D Analyst/specification writer to sit fully remote and join a large food and beverages company within the research and development organization. In this hands-on engineering role, this person will work closely with both internal and external team members to execute project test plans and support the development and commercialization of the company's full service beverage equipment. Responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining sensory testing platforms—such as frozen beverage machines—performing basic troubleshooting, and supporting field studies to evaluate equipment performance
Pay rate: 18-21/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• Recent graduate in Engineering or Applied Sciences (Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Chemical, or Biochemical preferred).
• Basic lab experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Not afraid of getting involved in equipment testing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous experience with sensory testing or equipment maintenance in a food or beverage setting.
