Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Localization Project Manager to support a Language Servies team to implement the enterprise brand across business units and implement/ optimize in-language adaptation. This person will be supporting translation, localization and vendor processes to ensure a seamless user experience for non-English speakers. On a day-to-day basis, candidates will oversee workflows to ensure Digital Products within a Retail environment are correctly managed end to end, on time and budget and reach the deliverables. Candidates will leverage their knowledge and understanding of language technology and the localization industry to create processes and set expectations. He or she will help maintain linguistic assets, including the glossary, style guide and translation memories, as well as educate teams on localization best practices and optimize QC and LQA processes. Candidates should be comfortable working with external agencies to inform on project instructions, content launches and guidelines on brand voice, terminology, and style.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of Project Management in a Localization and Linguistics environment
Hands on with Digital Products (in store retail tablets)
Management in Figma of documentation for localization and linguistic project workflows
Quality Control of content in Figma - proofreading / auditing / file preparation
Adobe Creative Cloud experience – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
English to Spanish translation experience
Strong experience working with internal and external vendors – great collaboration skills
Detail oriented and ability to track project timelines and deadlines with partners
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of tablet screen sizes
Ability to flex from digital to support some print deliverables in Adobe Creative Cloud
