Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to play a key role in securing application development environments and supporting enterprise-wide security initiatives. This position operates at the intersection of software development, infrastructure, and security operations, focusing on hardening systems, automating threat detection, and aligning with business and IT goals. Required Skills & Experience

- Highly proficient in the use of multiple IT products, tools, and/or languages.
- Familiarity and experience with various regulations governing IT environments.
- Must have demonstrated industry experience and or leading certifications in a relevant field.

Experience must be applicable to one of the following:
- 3-5 years CyberSecurity Analyst / Generalist
- 3-5 or more years of progressively responsible Information Systems experience with a focus on security functionality, business objectives and collaboration

- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with continuous integration and DevSecOps is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Security Stack, Defender, Purview, Defender for office is a plus
- Experience with CSPM tools (WIZ or Prisma Cloud) is a plus
