Insight Global is seeking a hybrid Project Manager / Scrum Master. Your day-to-day responsibilities will start with preparing for the daily stand-up meeting with your team, where youll track down any impediments and hold team members accountable. Youll review and prioritize the backlog, ensuring that the most critical tasks are addressed first. Meetings with the portfolio manager and product owner will help you predict future needs and plan accordingly. Youll also prepare for Quarterly Planning Sessions (QTPs) by creating visuals and reports, tracking progress, and forecasting future requirements. Throughout the day, youll coach your team on Agile methodology and best practices, ensuring they are well-versed in these processes. Youll view and plan projects by pulling together Epics and Gantt Charts, creating dashboards for visibility, and breaking down user stories. Using Jira Work Management (JWM), youll facilitate Agile processes, track projects, and report on progress. Additionally, youll navigate the backlog, align Jira workflows with ServiceNow, and build dashboards and reports. Creating project visuals and presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint and presenting them to stakeholders will also be a key part of your role.
