The IT Operations Manager will orchestrate activities between the executive leadership, cross-functional teams and vendors to plan and implement IT solutions. This role has
operational responsibility to ensure that the business applications and IT infrastructure are operational, with minimal down time. Many solutions will also require project management skills to oversee the scope, schedule and budget of the IT projects. The IT Operations Manager will report to the President.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee the IT applications and infrastructure, including on-prem and cloud servers and services
Manage tactical relationships with IT vendors to provide Help Desk support and execute on
projects
Plan and lead IT projects with vendors and internal staff
Review and implement the IT vision and roadmap
Assist leadership with setting and managing the overall IT budget
Manage the scope, schedule and budget for IT projects
Identify and actively manage project risks via a risk registry or list

Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science-related field.
At least three years of related experience required.
Working knowledge of IT systems, specifications, networks and computer systems, including
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure or AWS, databases and storage solutions,
Windows servers, Windows and MacOS workstations, IT security, anti-virus solutions, Wi-Fi
configurations, and telephony solutions
Experience working with Netsuite a plus
Experience working with IT vendors that provide support services for their applications/tools
Demonstrated project planning and management skills
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
