Job Description

We are seeking a Process Development Engineer to join a team where you will focus on post processing stainless steel components through electropolishing, dimensional characterization, and measurement using tools such as Keyence and Cognex. In this role, you will execute key process development deliverables across clinical builds, exploratory work, and commercialization efforts, owning TDP/PDP initiatives and driving process improvements through DV, PV, and commercial launch. You will collaborate closely with cross functional partners in PD, R&D, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Design Assurance to advance process validation strategies in compliance with ISO 13405. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross functional teams, and a strong problem solver. We can pay between $35 -$40.

Required Skills & Experience

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
•3–10+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or medical device engineering.
•Hands on experience with process validation and documentation in a regulated environment.
•Proficiency with measurement and analysis tools such as Keyence, Cognex, and Minitab.
•Strong ability to collaborate across cross functional teams to deliver process improvements.
• Hands on experience with electropolishing and chemical processing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Familiarity with Nitinol or stainless steel component manufacturing.
•Demonstrated expertise in operations or new product development environments.
•Solid understanding and application of statistical methodology in process development.
