Job Description

• Manage and optimize inventory-related operations within the company.
• Ensure the organization has access to the products it needs while considering cost controls, waste reduction, and supply chain efficiency.
• Track inventory levels, handle all aspects of shipping and receiving, and keep accurate records.
• Use inventory management software and other computer systems to log and monitor items.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement and sales to forecast future stock needs.
• Investigate any inventory losses or discrepancies and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
• Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices.
• Perform regular stock checks and audits to confirm the accuracy of inventory records.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years working as an inventory specialist
• 2+ years working in excel, need them to be excel and tech savvy
• Previous experience working in CMMS software
• Strong communication skills, will work independently, requires fast email follow up etc.
