Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in managing scope, schedule, and budget for multiple mid-sized projects within a dynamic GMP manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operational readiness for capital investments supporting Clinical and Commercial Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
-Coordinate activities across internal teams, including Engineering PMO, QA, Validation, Facilities, and Operations.
-Manage change controls and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
-Oversee equipment installations, software projects, and construction-related capital projects.
-Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate progress, risks, and status updates effectively.
-Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders; utilize MS Project for scheduling and cost control.
-Ensure alignment with corporate and global engineering PMO objectives.

Compensation:
$65.00/hr to $85.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

-7+years of hands-on project management experience in GMP environments.
-Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for aseptic manufacturing and cleanroom operations.
-Experience with capital projects and ability to read schedules/specifications.
-Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and GMP Quality Systems tools.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
-Pharma/biopharma domain experience required.
