Job Description

We are seeking a highly execution-focused Digital Product Owner to support a large-scale application migration involving approximately 160 applications, working across multiple Scrum teams and closely with offshore delivery partners. This role is inward- and delivery-oriented, operating in a factory-style lift-and-shift model where speed, discipline, and risk visibility are critical.
The Product Owner will own backlog delivery across several scrums, ensure offshore teams are aligned and on track, remove blockers, monitor progress against immovable deadlines, and escalate risks early when execution is at risk. Success in this role requires strong operational instincts — someone who thrives under urgency, can get into the weeds with engineering, testing, and validation teams, and keeps production lines running smoothly.
Ideal candidates have experience in large-scale transformations, separations, or application migrations; are self-starters who solve problems proactively; and are comfortable managing high-volume execution across Tier 1, high-value programs as well as early waves of simpler applications. The Product Owner will partner with PMO leadership and technical teams to drive Agile delivery, manage user stories end-to-end through multiple environments, and ensure offshore vendors deliver quality outcomes on time through clear metrics, tight communication, and relentless follow-through.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or delivery lead on large-scale application migrations, separations, or transformations (lift-and-shift preferred)
• Strong execution and delivery focus with experience working toward non-negotiable deadlines
• Hands-on experience managing multiple Scrum teams and backlogs in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with offshore engineering, testing, and validation teams — including tracking progress, identifying risks, and unblocking issues
• Highly self-directed problem solver who can get into the weeds, make decisions quickly, and escalate early when delivery is at risk
• Strong operational mindset — comfortable running a factory-style delivery model, keeping work moving, and maintaining momentum under pressure
• Excellent communication skills — ability to coordinate across PMO, technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, user stories, and moving applications through multiple environments (dev, test, validation, production)
• Strong context-switching ability — managing multiple applications simultaneously with different stakeholders, timelines, and complexities
• Proactive mindset — in this program, priorities shift daily. The right person identifies what needs to be done and drives it without waiting to be told

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous experience supporting Supply Chain, enterprise platforms, or similar environments
• Background working in environments coming out of corporate separations, divestitures, or post-merger integrations
• Experience measuring vendor performance using delivery metrics, burn-down, and risk indicators
• Certifications such as Product Owner (PO), Scrum, or PMP
• Exposure to data/digital platforms or enterprise architecture concepts (helpful but not required given the operational focus)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar agile tracking tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, dashboards, or reporting tools

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
