Job Description
Our large retail/property client is looking for 2 Project Coordinators to sit on-site downtown Indianapolis and support the acquisition of a company, which is adding 22 new properties to the client. Main responsibilities include: coordinating deliveries with the telecommunications team, completing inventory, gathering pictures of inventory/equipment, scheduling with the network team to get firewalls, creating project timelines and ensuring they get completed, etc. Once the acquisition project is complete, these coordinators will most likely be transitioned to help the client with a massive access point replacement project, replacing over 1800 APs at various properties.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in project management/project coordination, from conception to delivery
Familiarity with basic infrastructure/networking components
Ability to prepare flowcharts, schedules, etc.
Highly organized with strong communication skills to work cross-functionally
Comfortable with risk management and quality control
