Job Description
This insulation and energy services company is looking for a Branch Manager to lead operations in the Milwaukee region. The role is remote-first, with optional access to the Lake Zurich office, and includes in-person training twice a week for the first month or two. The Branch Manager will work closely with the Estimating and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on bids, project targets, and scheduling integrity. They will be responsible for driving accountability, improving communication, and ensuring adherence to production protocols.
The Branch Manager will also oversee financial performance, including cash flow, AR, and profitability metrics. This role is critical in restoring client trust, improving internal collaboration, and driving branch performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong leadership and collaboration with Estimating and Project Management teams
Client engagement experience, including bid prioritization and escalation handling
Proficiency in Excel for analyzing key metrics (Revenue, Gross Profit, GP%)
Ability to read and interpret financial statements and balance sheets
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel for financial tracking
Ownership of cash flow management, including AR aging reports and outstanding invoice identification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Industry experience (insulation, energy efficiency, or related construction fields)
