· 10+ years of combined professional accounting and financial leadership experience.
· Controller/accounting functionality knowledge:
- Risk management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, payroll, cash flow management, revenue cycling, etc.
· Experience overseeing accounting and analytical resources - process improvements, performance reviews, etc.
· US GAAP - ability to implement ongoing updates.
· Financial information systems expert - Oracle Hyperion, SmartView, Blackline, Lawson, or similar applications/tools.
· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
BA within accounting/finance + CPA.
