A client in the greater Belleville, IL area is looking for a hybrid (1-3 days a week) project manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities will include leading and managing R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.They will develop and implement agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure cohesive project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, managing diverse personalities effectively.
Transition projects from waterfall to agile approaches, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

5+ professional years experience as a Project Manager
Leading projects in an Agile environment
Project Management experience in the R & D space (research and development)
Experience working with different departments within R&D (marketing, operations etc.)
