Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Device Sales Representative/Territory Portfolio Manager for a for a direct-hire opportunity at one of our Healthcare Device clients based in Ohio. TThis role can sit remotely but must be based in the San Francisco or Sacramenta area. This individual should expect to travel up to 75% for the role – including onsite customer visits, tradeshows, traveling to headquarters for demonstrations etc. Comission is uncapped and total compensation is about 45% base + 55% comission.

This individual will identify and articulate customer performance gaps, insights and position the company’s value through clinical workflow solutions. This solution includes the sale of equipment, devices, software, cabinetry and delivery services. This individual will work within a team of aligned sales professionals as well as channel partners to proactively develop and deliver top line revenue growth across a defined territory by optimizing product mix while meeting expense targets.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Performing in-person consultations, workshops, presentations and demonstrations
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all facilities and distributors within the defined territory.
- Prospects for new contacts and sales opportunities within the defined market – including lead generation & cold calling
- Builds and strengthens relationships with go-to market channel partners and collaborates to develop tactics for penetrating key accounts to mutually grow sales.
- Embraces and masters the company’s business-to-business sales methodology and CEB/Gartner Challenger Sale ideology
- Utilizes Salesforce CRM for account planning, leads, and opportunities, while nurturing pipeline and providing reliable business intelligence

Required Skills & Experience

• MIN 3-7+ years of B2B sales experience
• Bachelor's degree (marketing, sales, business or finance preferred)
• Experience using a CRM for account planning, leads, and opportunities, while nurturing pipeline (Salesforce +)
• Understands & can embrace the CEB/Gartner Challenger Sale ideology
