Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Managing Broker to lead and inspire a team of approximately 200 agents at our real estate clients corporate office. This role requires a strong leader who can build a culture of collaboration, family values, and professional excellence while driving growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage approximately 200 real estate agents at the corporate office.
• Ensure compliance with all Georgia state real estate regulations.
• Recruit and onboard new agents to the office.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to agents to help them succeed.
• Assist agents with social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
○ Guide agents on best practices for social media marketing.
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment and lead by example.
• Support agents with advisory needs and growth strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
• Broker’s License (active and in good standing).
• 5-10 years of experience in a broker role.
• Proven background in selling real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia real estate compliance laws.
• Experience in social media marketing and engagement strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Personable, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.
• High-energy personality with the ability to create a culture of success.
