Job Description

A client of Insight Globals is looking to hire a ServiceNow Administrator I to join the ServiceNow Developer team. This role will serve as a contractor for 3-6 months with the intention of being converted to a permanent employee after contract duration. This role is fully remote working EST hours but most sit out of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. This person will serve as the first touch point of escalation for the help desk team for internal users. Daily tasks will include que management and Incident troubleshooting and resolution. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of service now experience hands on with ServiceNow. This role requires excellent communication skills and a self-starter looking to grow and advance their career.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with reporting, dashboards, and workspace in ServiceNow Platform
Experience with User management, creating/ modifying forms, its , and simple workflows
1-2 years of experience hands on with ServiceNow (2-3 strongly preferred)
Familiarity with JavaScript for client scripts and business rules
Great communicator with a self-starter mentality
CSA Required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Scrum/Agile practices or working in a Scrum/agile environment
Technical experience outside of service now
Experience with additional modules outside of ITSM (ex, customer service, HR)
