Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team of our hospitality client in Orlando. This analyst will be involved in the company's modernization initiative, supporting a variety of projects. Day-to-day, this individual will be gathering requirements and creating clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. They'll have to lead workshops and story mapping exercises, while also managing product backlogs. The ideal candidate will have product ownership experience and have operated within an agile environment. They must have strong communication skills, with an ability to be concise and facilitate diplomatic, effective conversations amongst senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or product owner
- Well-versed in gathering requirements and writing user stories and epics
- Background running workshops and leading story mapping and requirement elicitation sessions
- Skilled in backlog management (Jira, Aha!, Version One, Rally) and using visual tools such as Visio or LucidChart
- Experience operating in an agile and product-driven environment
- Comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders and senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and self-motivated attitude
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CBAP or CSPO Certification
- Product Owner certification
- Hospitality/Vacation Ownership experience
