Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves planning, directing, and evaluating the overall nursing care and functions within the clinic. This candidate will have 15 RNs that report to them and will coordinate the activities of the unit, direct, organize, and assign work to nurses and pharmacy technicians, and ensure that all staff are well-trained and prepared to handle patient care effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
Current FL RN License, CPR cert, BLS
2+ years' experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital
2+ years' experience as a Charge Nurse or Lead Nurse
Access Ports and start IVs
Valid driver's license for travel to clinics - This position requires driving as a function of the role, compliance with the FCS Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required
