Job Description

Were looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and display networks. This role will manage daily digital operations to drive customer acquisition and retention across all client branches. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion goals.

Salary Range: $110-125k

Required Skills & Experience

57 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on high-volume B2C lead generation (10,000+ leads annually).
Proven expertise in Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Paid Search.
Skilled in ZIP code-level targeting and localized campaign strategies.
A growth hacker mindsetdata-driven, experimental, and relentlessly focused on optimizing performance and scaling results.
