Job Description

· Our client is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician III. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance for commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. The responsibilities will increase based on exposure to tasks, ability to develop troubleshooting skill set, and consistent and accurate completion of assignments. The HVAC equipment you will be servicing includes but is not limited to VRV (VRF)s, large and small rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers
· You will be servicing various project sites around the Denver market ranging from Municipal sites, hospitals, and other mission-critical facilities
○ You will remain in Denver 90% of the time with occasional travel to southern Wyoming (10% of the time)
○ You will receive a company vehicle in addition to: A company credit card, laptop, maintenance and gas, and specialty hand tools!
You will be working alongside of a team of 10 technicians

Required Skills & Experience

· 3-5 years of tangible rooftop experience at a commercial level with specific chiller experience
○ Experience must be Commercial and/or Municipal
· EPA approved Universal Technician Certification
· Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
· Must be able to successfully pass BC + DT
Strong intangibles: Must be self-motivated and well spoken!

Variable Refrigerant Volume experience (VRV)
