A learning and certifications organization at a large technology company is looking for a decicated scrum master to join their growing team. This organization is going through a major agile transformation and is looking for someone who will take on the scrum master role. This person will work with several scrum teams, conduct audits and ensure process is being followed. This person will utilize their background and proficiency in JIRA to create dashboards. This person will also work with other scrum masters to make sure teams are estimating story points and following cadences.
Scrum Master
Responsible for helping team members to embrace and practice agile principles and best practices for various frameworks: Scrum, Kanban. Responsible for leading the team to become fully functional, productive, and focused on delivering high quality deliverables to stakeholders.
The Role
-Coaching techniques are combined with hands on delivery leadership experience and facilitation through support and mentoring.
-Take responsibility for managing risks/dependencies between teams to achieve desired outcomes.
-Protect the team from disruptions to workflow productivity.
-Active engagement with the team to identify areas of improvement that are shown though metrics
Job Task
-Develop a culture of trust, open communication and sharing of ideas between various roles within the team
-Facilitate an environment of team spirit and excitement around constructive changes
-Support continuous improvement through meaningful retrospectives
-Work collaboratively with all stakeholders
-Continuously focus on pace of change, work-load and business value
-Drive automation into every part of value delivery
-Track and communicate team's progress (using burn-downs, burn-ups, cumulative flow, etc.)
-Ensure there are clear processes in place to increase transparency and disseminate information regarding team's work
-Provide visibility on status and progress, particularly working with leads and product owners
-Track day to day progress: collect, develop and analyze data and metrics--ability to generate various reports using Jira
-Setup, facilitate and track effective Agile ceremonies

-3-7 Years experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams (this team is not SAFE)
-Experience at a high tech company in a fast paced and matrixed environment
-JIRA Experience (ideally has used JQL and built dashboards and used custom filters etc)
-Excellent Cross Functional Communication
-Understands basic scrum fundamentals (Velocity and Capacity and Sprint planning)
-Been a part of a team implementing AI as a Scrum Lead
-Background as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager along with a Scrum Lead
-Scrum Alliance Certs ACSM, CSMSP, CSM
