An Insight Global client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Warehouse (BW) Engineer to support and advance our SAP analytics and data warehousing environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP BW on HANA, SAP BPC, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Web Intelligence (Webi), ABAP, SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, and other next-generation SAP-related cloud technologies. Under minimal supervision, the BW Engineer will be responsible for the following key tasks and deliverables:

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years delivering SAP BW on HANA solutions, including:
• Data architecture, engineering, and orchestration.
• ABAP programming for custom deliverables.
• BPC reports and datasets for analysis and downstream reporting.
• HANA calculated views designed for Power BI, especially in CCS, Work Management, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
• Performance optimization and technical debt reduction through code standardization.
• Migration experience from BW on HANA to SAP Datasphere.
• 3+ years with advanced SAP frameworks:
• ODP (Operational Data Provisioning) for efficient data loading.
• SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) for real-time replication.
• Embedded analytics in SAP Fiori S/4HANA for real-time reporting.
• Creation and optimization of S/4HANA CDS views for analytics.
• Security & Compliance Expertise:
• Implementing robust authorization controls for CDS views and embedded analytics.
• Analytical & Visualization Skills:
• Power BI dashboards leveraging HANA calculated views.
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere for cross-landscape data modeling.
• Strategic Architecture Insight:
• Ability to recommend architecture, standards, and policies for long-term viability using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and Databricks.
• Agile Delivery Experience:
• Proven track record working within Agile SCRUM teams.
