Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cash Receipt/Direct Billing Specialist to join our client's team in Newport Beach, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing cash receipts and performing data entry tasks to support our finance and accounting departments.
Accurately enter cash receipt information into the company's accounting system.
Verify and reconcile cash receipts with bank deposits and other financial records.
Manage direct billing processes, including generating invoices and tracking payments from clients.
Maintain and update customer account information.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial records.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Proven experience in cash receipt processing and direct billing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.
Ability to reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Insurance industry experience
Experience in entering cash receipts into Applied Epic
