Job Description
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Support product backlog refinement in partnership with the Product Owner.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure team progress and productivity.
• Promote data-driven decision making through transparent reporting and metrics.
• Develop metrics and dashboards highlighting team progress
• Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint commitments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Foster an environment of trust, open communication, and high performance.

Required Skills & Experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, BI, or related technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
• Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and facilitate team progress in complex IT environments.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, VersionOne, or similar.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and servant-leadership skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple teams and dependencies.
