Job Description
One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboard an Epic Training Specialist to their team to deliver end-user and credentialed training for external customers. This role is highly interactive and requires frequent travel to client sites, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building customized training programs from the ground up. They will Deliver training for Wisdom and Ambulatory modules for external customers, ensuring compliance and adoption, develop and customize curriculum and lesson plans tailored to their specific Epic platform, and collaborate with stakeholders to stand up training programs from scratch and grow them over time.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in Epic training
Epic Ambulatory certification and recent Wisdom training experience
Proven ability to create curriculum and lesson plans from scratch
Strong consulting and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Community Connect
