Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Facility Supervisor to lead facility operations and ensure safe, efficient performance across HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, and utility/facility equipment. This role oversees a team of technicians, manages maintenance activities, and enforces cleanroom and safety standards while leveraging the Building Automation System (BAS) to optimize operations. The Supervisor will coordinate with vendors, control inventory, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills are essential for success. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Compensation: $45/hr–$57hr based on experience and education.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED Required
15+ years of experience of maintenance experience in Industrial Facilities
2+ years of experience as a supervisor - leading a team of technician - ability to train, develop and direct teams
Experience supporting mechanical equipment including but not limited to: HVAC system, chillers (1500 ton), cooling towers, pumps, boilers, air compressors, exhaust fans, collectors.
Strong working knowledge of Electrical Safety standards (NFPA 70E) and proper PPE (Arc-rated Suit, etc) while supporting electrical equipment up to 4160V.
Experience troubleshooting / diagnosing Building Automation Systems (BAS), including the ability upgrade, program, modify and optimize system setpoints to maintain efficient and stable facility operations
Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
