Job Description

This candidate will be working as an Executive Assistant supporting a large regional storm response/utilities/construction company that is headquartered near Huntsville, AL, and is local to West Palm Beach, FL. The company in West Palm was recently acquired, and they need someone to work directly with their President to help with scheduling, calendar requests, travel, etc. The salary range is between $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 1-2 years working at an executive assistant
Ability to work flexible hours and take phone calls after "work hours" if needed
Experience working with scheduling, organization, documentation, travel logistics, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Storm Response, Construction, Utilities, or Disaster Recovery background
