Role SummaryThe QA Analyst is responsible for supporting quality assurance activities across the project, including manual and automated testing for UI, API, and data processes. This role works... closely with development and business teams throughout the SDLC to ensure applications meet functional, technical, and quality standards. The QA Analyst contributes to test planning, execution, defect tracking, and documentation while adhering to defined intake and gating processes.Key Responsibilities? Participate in the development and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases? Execute manual and automated tests for UI, API, and batch data processes? Develop, maintain, and run automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Selenium? Support automation framework enhancements under established standards? Execute ETL testing to validate data accuracy, integrity, and end-to-end processing? Collaborate with application development teams to align testing with requirements and timelines? Participate in intake activities including requirement reviews and test case design? Log, track, and retest defects using Jira? Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and results in Confluence? Support CI/CD testing efforts by executing and monitoring automated test runs? Validate gating criteria and support release readiness activities?
