This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation and governance of AI within Watts Water's IT... organization, which is in its AI infancy phase. This person will be working with Microsoft Copilot primarily, looking to embed its agents across every IT platform/tool. Rather than standing up an AI team, this person will more so be a collaborative and trusted advisor on how to best implement and utilize AI across the IT organization's units (infrastructure, data, applications, etc.). This person must also be comfortable and experienced with creating training curriculums and protocols for AI best practices and uses.
