Insight Global is seeking an Integrated Production Coordinator to support a retail E-commerce studio out of Hillsboro, Oregon. This role is hybrid focused on casting and production coordination. You... will support end-to-end casting operations, including talent coordination, availability tracking, roster management, casting communications, and on-set talent support. This role partners closely with the Casting Manager to ensure that all talent elements?from initial outreach through shoot day execution?are confirmed, communicated, and aligned with production needs. You will help manage talent workflows, casting timelines, fittings, releases, and last-minute changes while maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication across teams. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple talent workflows simultaneously?while maintaining exceptional attention to detail?is of utmostimportance to ensure casting and production run seamlessly. From a production standpoint, this role will support on the floor e-commerce production for the Kid's category. You'll be the face of parents and kids coming into the studio and help ensure the flow of set.
