Insight Global is looking for a Nurse (LPN or RN) for one of our largest clinical laboratory networks and healthcare clients in Madison, WI. This resource will sit onsite at the local research facility. You will be working in a structured environment that provides great opportunity for growth. This main function of the nurse will be to provide and coordinate overall patient care, educate patients, and the public about various health conditions, and provide support to patients. Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining medical records
Recording vital signs (height, weight, temp, blood pressure, etc.)
Sanitary requirements
Observe patients, charting, and reporting changes in conditions
Assemble equipment such as catheters, tubes, suppliers
Collect samples (blood, urine, etc.)
