Job Description
An employer is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Redmond, WA. This person will be doing everything from PCB Layouts and design to the validation. They need to be comfortable working with vendors and procurement as well. This person needs to have strong Electrical validation experience as well as Component Optimization. The Team sits across Redmond and Bellevue and is comprised of Test Engineers, Software Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers. This person will be handling everything from conception to PCB Design to validation. They must have flexibility to work overtime when needed and exemplify the leadership principle of Bias for Action.
Daily breakdown:
Ideal: 50/50 Design and validation
Reality - 30/30 and then working with stakeholders (procurement, vendors, getting stuff built)

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of industry experience doing board design
Experience with PCBA design
Experience with running an Oscilloscope
Strong experience doing test validation or testing their own design
Strong hands on experience either in a lab or production environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Aerospace or automotive industry experience
Experience with a vector signal generator
Previous RF or antenna experience
Electrical Engineering Degree
