An employer is looking for a MarTech Tooling Implementation Program Manager to join their Digital Direct Sales (DDS) organization. The purpose of this role is to engage customers and drive business growth through innovative marketing technology and agentic AI solutions. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven MarTech Tooling Implementation Program Manger to help advance their tooling ecosystem. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of DDS tooling in partnership with business and engineering teams.
-Contribute to processes for tooling ROI analysis, including defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs.
-Help maintain and update the DDS content supply chain tooling roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology advancements.
-Develop and maintain documentation and communications related to DDS tooling and process improvements.
-Apply MarTech and agentic AI experience to solve problems and implement new processes that drive efficiency and innovation.
-Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within a highly matrixed organization.

3+ years of experience in MarTech, e-commerce operations, or program/project management roles.
Strong attention to detail and a drive for results.
Experience creating roadmaps and setting up a program and running it end-to-end.
Demonstrated ability to organize information, processes, and workflows.
Ability to partner with others to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems.
Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering on goals in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and scale documentation and cross-team communications.
Understanding of industry-standard or purpose-built content management and e-commerce environments, including AI-driven innovations.
Experience delivering results and earning trust in a matrixed environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience facilitating meetings or presenting to stakeholders.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
