Insight Global is looking for IT Support Specialists throughout the Commonwealth to assist with IT needs and projects. The resource will perform various tasks to direct IT requests through appropriate channels, communicate IT needs of assigned regions, and will be the voice of assigned region. This role is hybrid and candidates must be willing to come onsite in Richmond or other district offices on an as-needed basis.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management: Incident, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management.
- General working knowledge of MS 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Forms, SharePoint, Teams, Bookings, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software -- hands-on or from a service desk.
- 1+ years of experience using ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of and previous experience with Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA)
