Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a TS/SCI Property Manager sitting in Chantilly, VA, responsible for overseeing the overall management of an assigned property portfolio and ensuring all assets are maintained in excellent condition. This individual will lead financial planning and accounting efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, invoice approvals, and monitoring operating and capital expenditures. The Property Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for tenant relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction by addressing concerns, conducting regular check-ins, and coordinating closely with facility management teams. In addition, this role includes managing and developing staff through recruitment, performance oversight, training, and collaboration with Human Resources to support employee growth and engagement. Operational responsibilities include conducting property inspections, reviewing lease compliance, overseeing work order systems, managing preventative maintenance programs, and providing 24/7 on-call support as needed. The position also involves overseeing vendor and subcontractor relationships, supporting large-scale projects and initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
- TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Government tenant experience
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple direct reports
- Bachelors Degree or B.O.M.A Real Property Administrator designation and/or I.R.E.M Certified Property Manager designation
